1.This automatic assembly line is a ring shape automatic assembly line .

 

  The dimension of this  assembly line is L(10000-50000)XW(1270-2000)XH(2000-3000).

 

2.The assembly line include:main transmit line (tow sets),transition transfer machine(four sets)

 

  Transition transfer roller( L500XD57MM)(two pieces), electrical system,PLC control system, 

 

  electric control cabinet(W620XH1250XD350 ONE SET),tooling plate (ten or twenty sets).

 

3.Main transmit line:

 

  A.This assembly line 's power is 1HP TAIWAN CHENGBANG One-pieces motor

     (9CH750-60),with 1HP TAIWAN TAIAN Converter, This assembly line 's speed is adjustable

    (5-15M/MIN), The head and the tail of this assembly line is made by 40X40

      steel  weld tube. Closed board is made by powder painting carbon steel board.

  B. Transmit guide is made by 100x118 special aluminum shape bar rail , 

       transmit chain is SUZHOU Chain factory's three times chain(P38.1mm).

  C.Main equipments included: transmit system, machine head, machine tail, top galvanized 

        gas tube, stainless light board, tool hinge,nylon wheel, double light system,

      assembly line note board, test table, aluminum light shelf, bottom galvanized gas tube, 

      stopper(eleven or twenty pieces)

        keel , bottom feet, control system,etc.
